E-Consultation is the technology driven website plus android app provided by Express Clinics Pvt Ltd to its patients. It is used to avail consultation from doctors online. The process starts from the registration. The doctor and patient are two user types both can register them self. Patient has access to list of doctors with all information like registration no, specialty, qualification, services provided by doctor. Patient has option to select doctor as per requirements and can easily start the video consultation by paying consultation fees online only at same time from the website or app. History of consultation is maintained by the software itself. More conveniently user can upload reports which are available for doctor while consultation is going on which helps doctor’s to understand the history of patient and diagnosis the current problem and provide effective medicine. On the other end doctor has facility to add prescription which is available to patient after completion of consultation.
